Raised in a 2 bedroom home with 5 kids, Greg's mum used to put bricks in the oven to put in the kids beds to keep them warm at night. They were a family of workers.
From an early age, his entrepreneurial tendencies shone as he started mowing lawns of holiday homes within walking distance of his parent's home in Torquay.
Greg goes on to share his unique resume as an ex-police officer before entering the market as a real estate agent agent and how that shaped not only his career but the how the industry was run.

He shares what it was like to take the leap of faith with 1 young child and another one on the way, leaving a real estate business that grew from 300 to 1000 properties during his time at the helm to start his own business with 0 customers. He then went on to grow that business to one of the largest property management businesses in Geelong.
He also describes what it was like in the last recession with 18% interest rates, as
Pyramid Building Society collapsed and the impact that had on the Geelong community and his own finances. As people lost everything he describes how he looked to rebuild and grow wealth through property development.
