Recently helped a seller sell a 4 plex multifamily property. The buyer agent told the buyer that he did not need to sign the last page of the contract. Plus, the lender wanted a closing statement which is not allowed by the State of Texas. After closing, the seller agreed to move out the next day from the furnished apartment which he occupied. However, the buyer had a locksmith change the lock, the next morning, before the seller’s moving van arrived.
