Latrese’s primary passion of uplifting and encouraging others is achieved through her empowerment coaching. Her life-changing motivational speaking is frequently sought after and featured on her Monday Motivation radio segment, Men and Women’s Wellness seminars, editorials for The RealKC & SheKC Lifestyle, beauty clinics and more. Through her own Internet Television Series and podcast, “Insights with Latrese,” Latrese passionately empowers individuals to live their best lives through Christ and express their individual gifting. Latrese is also a frequent guest and co-host at CBS and NBC affiliate stations.

Olivier and Latrese are the proud parents of five beautiful daughters, Britney, Morgan, Leah, Naomi, and Amina. They are active members at their local church, Harvest Church, as well as very involved in various community outreaches in the Kansas City Metro area.
