Today's episode was recorded in the great outdoors! Last week's show was about jerusalem artichokes. I forgot to mention that when using containers, be sure to put holes in the bottom for drainage.
I have been experimenting with the ketogenic diet. I was having some cooked cabbage and kombucha and decided to make sauerkraut. Fermented foods are great for digestion and gut health.
