Diagnosed at age ten, today’s guest Hannah Holcomb, spent 20 years feeling like she was the problem. After so many attempts to get unstuck with her diabetes, Hannah felt like it must just be HER diabetes and her body that didn’t follow any patterns. Sound familiar? But after going through our signature group coaching program, she lowered her A1C from 8.9 to 7.0 (and after the recording, it's down to 6.3!) and reclaimed her life with T1D. In this episode, Hannah walks through exactly how she made it happen.
