Welcome to the Pining For Pixels podcast! This is my video game variety show podcast, part of the Red Rooster's Gaming Coop network where I talk gaming and gaming culture every week. Each episode will feature a subject or theme that interests me, and I will speak about what is on my mind in the world of video games!
This past week saw a whole slew of video game showcases, but there was only one that had the internet buzzing like crazy - the Xbox Games Showcase. There was a lot of pre show hype coming from Microsoft as well as some sources close to them and it turns out it wasn't just for the sake of creating buzz. There was indeed substance to back it up. This was a massive showcase and easily one of the biggest and most important ones Microsoft has done in a very long time. This week we will go over each of the 30 games presented at their showcase and grade the overall show. Tune in to hear what is in store from Xbox and the amount of games that are coming to Game Pass.
