Hey Everyone! I missed recording podcasts lately. I have been very busy taking care of my health by undergoing a detox program and elimination diet under my new doctor's care. I met an amazing functional medicine doctor, here in Gillette, Wyoming. She is the first doctor to give me hope and help for healing that will actually work. Remember to include yourself in the care you give by eating healthy foods that bring energy. Junk belongs in the garbage and not in your body.
