The “Dawn Of Justice” is upon us! And who could have known it would prove to be even more divisive than “Man Of Steel“? Zack Snyder has delivered an explosive, roller-coaster ride of a movie that is either a flawed masterpiece or… just flawed.
Adam Stolfo, Brose Avard, Stuart Wilson and Trevor Wood are still reeling from the cinematic onslaught, but they’re ready to dissect the film here on episode 56. They look at the comic books that influenced Snyder, the incoming collectibles hitting stores, as well as musing on the deleted scenes that are likely to appear on the Ultimate Edition of the upcoming DVD and Blu-ray.
A warning to the wise: make sure you’ve seen “Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice” before you check out this episode. This is a spoiler-filled discussion of Affleck’s Batman, Eisenberg’s Lex Luthor and GG’s WW. We look at the controversial story decisions made by screenwriters Chris Terrio and David S. Goyer, not to mention the musical contributions of Hans Zimmer and Junkie XL.
If you’re unsure how you feel about this ungainly mishmash of a superhero film, fear not! Reel Chat is here to help you debrief after the epic smackdown that was “Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice“. As a bonus, this episode is much, much shorter than the movie itself.
