Yesterday Leslie Mayne of the Permission To Start Dreaming Foundation came out to the studio and recorded our third episode. It was literally.......one of the coolest, most emotional, and "real" afternoons I have had in awhile. Leslie is the founder of the Race for the Soldier and the Permission to Start Dreaming Foundation. She started both after losing her son Kyle after his return home from bravely serving our country. IF YOU have EVER experienced tragedy in your life; struggled with depression, suicide, or those things hit close to home for you.......you will want to watch this. I believe, that through the sharing of stories we can begin to understand each others struggles. Understanding leads to empathy, and through empathy we can begin to help each other get through, what I think, is a mental health crisis.ilmed episode 003 of Regina's Round Table with Leslie Mayne yesterday.
