Being good at a task does not automatically equate to being good at teaching the task. Grouping your training content into the mechanics of a task and the interpersonal competencies to succeed in the work is useful when organizing your training content. Using a sports model can make your training relevant to individual employees in an interesting way. Plus, this training approach might make training employees more fun for YOU!
