Somehow we managed to satisfy Em’s desire for a lurid gothic horror and Jackson’s need for realistic fiction about class violence all in a single movie. Honestly a christmas miracle, never to happen again. It’s a great bad time as we watch Luis Buñuel’s classic Viridiana!
