"I wrote a blog post, a few years ago, called two fingers up narcissistic sociopath. And then I rewrote it a few years later, with a thank you narcissistic sociopaths, because I was like, I wouldn't be here if I hadn't been through those experiences, and I love where I am now."

What does our breath rate have to do with resilience? What does working with our natural energies look like? How do we find peace without justice?

Lucy Oakley-Denver is a writer, speaker and coach who worked for the British Intelligence Agencies until PTSD changed her life's story. From one kind of intelligence to another, Lucy now works with Antidotal Intelligence: the wisdom that flows through our body and can completely transform our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.

Following her trailblazing approach in Intelligence which included many global firsts and travel across the Middle East and North America, Lucy retrained in personal training and CrossFit methodologies, set up a successful gym brand in the Peak District, and ran Reebok's brand communications including award-winning campaigns. She won a European Superstar Award for her work on equity and inclusion and forged relationships with athletes, musicians and podcast hosts, pioneering true end-to-end purpose-led campaigns.

Lucy now focuses on working with trailblazers across creative, activewear, security and traditional industries who are ready to uncover the antidote to modern-day stress, and work with their inner Antidotal Intelligence to live life with less stress, more joy, and even greater potential.

* After the conversation we go straight into The Retreat Method - a gift of a short breath work practice from Lucy*
