Conflict in our intimate relationships is inevitable.

When we’re faced with a conflict in an intimate relationship we’re trying to achieve two goals at the same time. Maintain a connection with our person and our autonomy. It can be challenging to stay connected when we feel like our personal goals and desires are at risk.

And since very few of us were modeled what healthy conflict looks like, it can feel a lot like driving in a foreign country without a map.

In today’s episode, we’re sharing three strategies for addressing conflict as a team. When you can face your challenges with love & courage, you’ll feel a lot more appreciation and connection and less hostility and resentment.
