Today, I'm sharing the replay of a concept that I have taken very seriously over the past few years, and I believe it crucial to the success of reaching any goals you set for yourself!
It's about choosing a POWER WORD - one word - that summarizes what you want your ultimate focus to be in the coming year.
It's so powerful having ONE word to go back to every time you have a moment questioning yourself and your path for this season, you remember your power word, and it instantly makes your decision or planning easier and clearer.
Your word should encompass the one thing that you crave the most in your life. It can either be a thing, or a concept.
In this episode, I share my power words from the past years, and more ideas for other power words, as well as the importance and significance of doing this exercise for yourself - especially as we enter a new year...
