Naomi's journey to health was riddled with sugar addiction, compulsive behaviors and emotional struggles.

Through education and a bit of curiosity, Naomi has learned food is not one more thing to control nor nutrition something to disregard.

Her belief that food (and life!) can be fun inspires people to change. Naomi is a former personal trainer and yoga instructor. She's also a certified Holistic Health & Nutrition Coach, as well as a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Integrated Time Line Therapy.

We talk about having the courage to sit down with yourself to look at your relationship with food NOT from a place of judgement, but form curiosity, and Naomi shares powerful strategies to help you create a new relationship with food. And we open up the conversation around entrepreneurship and health, and the struggle that entrepreneurs in particular have with taking care of themselves.
