Despite the title (which will make sense when you listen), there's no nightmare to be found here... well, maybe Ben Plunkett has danced around the edges of what you may call a nightmare or two along the way. But like most difficulties in life (in my opinion), each of his have brought about a shiny side with meaning and purpose.

In this chat we meander through an array of topics ranging from business and entrepreneurship to mental health and getting punched in the face by life, and of course we ponder questions such as 'do we find our purpose or does it find us?'

Ben isn't just the teller of remarkable tales, he's the liver of them too - sharing just some of those with me today. The most recent of which is the birth of his very premature and somewhat impatient new champion son, Pheonix who came bursting into the world at the all-too-soon 23-week mark.
