Why aren't women attracted to 'nice guys'? And, if we aren't attracted to 'nice guys' does that mean we're only attracted to the jerks? For many of us it sure can feel that way, huh?

Dr. Robert Glover is a marriage and family therapist, coach, educator and author of the book No More Mr. Nice Guy. Dr. Glover enlightens me on how to recognise and understand the fundamental flaw in the Nice Guy philosophy. Being a 'Nice Guy' sure sounds like a desirable attribute. But when we examine what it actually means and the gaping holes it leaves in our relationships, suddenly it's clear that the opposite of a nice guy isn't a jerk. And a 'Nice Guy' isn't necessarily all that nice.

This is a great conversation around our relationship expectations and dynamics and one that just might get you thinking.
