In this episode we talk to three participants in the SF Twilight 5000 pre and post race: Amanda Wiggenhorn, Kevin O'Connell, and Penelope Ferraro.
We talk about what led them to sign up for the race, what there expectations were, and how it all turned out! We also got to know Amanda, Kevin, and Penelope and what brought them to the sport. Each one of them had a very different journey to running and they all have big goals for the future.
