Variables to Consider for your Next Event (I'll use High Lonesome 100 as an Example) - Episode 224

There are so many variables to consider with in a race such as running surface, terrain, elevation change, distance, altitude, temperature, etc. Hydration and nutrition are huge concerns based on these variables. We have a lot to talk about, including the fact that Spring Awesome Sauce, one of my go to's, does not have anywhere near the amount of carbohydrates or calories it claims to on it's wrapper.
