We often discuss best practices/skills for the #SDRs to become successful. It includes but is not limited to the Latest email templates, cold call pitches, dos and donts, and whatnot.

One of the key aspects of a successful SDR team is a healthy environment in which they can thrive and learn. We aren’t just talking about the new SDRs but also the existing ones.

While the above is true for any employee, SDRs are expected to be Ninjas in a rocketship taking them to the moon :D

Brandon Mahoney has created a successful SDR Team at RFPIO Inc. and he shares what does it take to create a team that trusts each other and works together. Some of the stories he shared overwhelmed me as they reminded me of my days when my colleague Nik Sharma helped me meet my quota when I was short of one opportunity(he probably won't even remember)
