I grew in my career following advice from Morgan's youtube channel SDR Chronicles(link in comments) and took the whole path of sales development because he made it look cool.

Having met him personally 3 years ago, I can guarantee he walks the talk. I doubt there'd be anyone who'd not know him but in case you don't, please follow him.
