In this episode of the podcast, I take a deeper look into a subject you all can relate to. We will be talking about social media and how intrusive it has become in our daily lives. Things as simple as having a conversation with a friend and actually listening have become an issue. Taking showers now incurs an additional 15 minutes or more. I can list several areas in our lives where social media has made productivity, as well as other human experiences, challenging. But let me be clear: there are incredible benefits to using social media. But due to the constant bombardment of information, it has made it extremely difficult to build quality habits, maintain disciplines, and achieve our future aspirations. So today I will be discussing four quality habits that I believe you all must consider cultivating so you can achieve your goals in such an era of extensive distractions.
I want to let you know that I am sharing these habits because I struggle with social media as well. But these habits have been proven to help so many get to their future visions, even with the pervasiveness of social media.
Thanks so much for stopping by. I know you will learn a thing or two. I can't wait to dive into this topic with you all.
