Virtual and Augmented Reality has been swirling around in the tech space for many years now, but has not made any significant breakthroughs as mass-market, mainstream products among consumers. With Apple rumoured to be worked on an ultra expensive headset with dual 8K screens for each eye, and a slew of more proof of concept technologies displayed at CES 2021 last month, are these technologies any closer to breaking through?
