“Respond to those emails or respond to those phone calls, even if it's just a ‘Hey, thanks for reaching out, but we're not interested.’ I always say, no conversation is a bad conversation. A conversation could lead to other things down the road. If you're not interested now, but there might be something in a year or two years that might spark an interest.”
