Trevor Thomas worked in investment banking in New York before leaving to backpack around SouthEast Asia. Along the trip he worked in hostels, fell in love with SCUBA diving, and realized one of his greatest passions comes from the joy that he receives by building connections. We talk about where he was at before making the decision to leave a hard-earned, intense, and rewarding career, about his return back to the states and what the adventure taught him, about overcoming and even chasing after fears, getting hooked on scuba diving, and building communities.
