In this episode I talk with Dr. Ben Bernstein, who also goes by “Dr. B” or “The Stress Doctor”. Ben uses his own personal experiences and formal training in performance psychology to help people overcome stress and performance anxiety and perform at their best. Maybe you have unproductive habits you’d like to kick? Or suffer from an inability to perform when the spotlight is on or the test is put in front of you? Dr. B knows how to handle that. I have known Ben for about two years now and value him in my life not only as a friend but also as an impeccably honest person.
