In our longest episode to date. We went deep into the macro and did our best to connect it all back to the Canadian Real estate market. Daniel is a Real Estate broker in the GTA that's regularly quoted in media outlets due to his keen observations relating to the market- some may call him bearish, however he prefers to be termed a realist. Nick is currently a mortgage agent however he has long standing history in the commercial real estate sector. He's cultivated ground level experiences that few have had the chance to experience.
