This episode features Adam Chan from PragmaticMartialArts.com. You might know him from his YouTube videos where he shows a very down to earth approach to Wing Chun and self-defense.

I found Adam's approach to be unique in the sense that he tests every concept before even talking about it.

One of the key elements that I got from talking to Adam, was that each of us need to be honest with ourselves and decide why we are doing Wing Chun.

If you are doing Wing Chun for fun or for the health benefits, that's great, as long as you are aware of that.

And if you are doing Wing Chun for self-defense than it's a good idea to include defense against realistic non-cooperative attacks.

I really enjoyed talking to him especially because I took inspiration from one of his videos when I wrote my first ebook on 'How to accelerate your Wing Chun and become a Machine', which you can download by going to the Free Tools Section in Addicted2WingChun.com
