Our Annual Baseball Hall of Fame Discussion with Distinguished Author, John Vampatella and Award-Winning Pitmaster, Doug Scheiding
John Vampatella makes a triumphant return as we discuss the players who are on this year's Baseball Hall of Fame ballot. John knows his baseball and makes very interesting points. John's last appearance was on episode 112 to discuss his book, The Forgotten Game which details one of the greatest games in baseball history between the two most bitter rivals in the sport, the New York Yankees and the Boston Red Sox. More information on John can be found at https://www.johnvampatella.com/about

Doug Scheiding is back and once again and provides his opinions on this year's Baseball Hall of Fame ballot. Doug is an embedded correspondent on The BBQ Central Show, a rocket scientist, an award winning pitmaster for the Rogue Cookers barbecue competition team, a Traeger Pellet Grills representative, and a Head Country brand ambassador. He also loves baseball and is very knowledgeable with strong opinions, based on extensive research, on who should be voted in.

We conclude the show with the song, Baseball Always Brings You Home from the musician, Dave Dresser and the poet, Shel Krakofsky.

We recommend you go to Baseball BBQ, https://baseballbbq.com for special grilling tools and accessories, Magnechef https://magnechef.com/ for excellent and unique barbecue gloves, Cutting Edge Firewood High Quality Kiln Dried Firewood - Cutting Edge Firewood in Atlanta for high quality firewood and cooking wood, Mantis BBQ, https://mantisbbq.com/ to purchase their outstanding sauces with a portion of the proceeds being donated to the Kidney Project, and for exceptional sauces, Elda's Kitchen https://eldaskitchen.com/
