This is part two of our conversation from last week so if you haven't listened to that make sure you check out episode 147 first. In this episode, we are talking about the book The Coddling of the American Mind and the tools they teach to help our kids be more resilient.
In the book they talk about three untruths and last week we talked about the first untruth which is "what doesn't kill you makes you weaker." Today we are going to continue our conversation about the second untruth "always trust your feelings" and the third untruth which is "life is a battle between good people and evil people. "
