This is a Grave Talks CLASSIC EPISODE!
Fowler, Indiana, is a small town with a population of around 2400 people. However, it seems that many of its former residents have lingered beyond the grave. From the eerie Historic Fowler Theatre to the ominous Old Benton County Jail, ghostly sightings and unexplainable phenomena permeate the town's history.
Within the walls of the Historic Fowler Theatre lie mysterious noises, looming shadows, and tales of three restless spirits: the original owner, a manager who passed away due to tragic circumstances, and the ghost of a child.
Meanwhile, the Old Benton County Jail bears witness to Fowler's haunted legacy. Former Sheriff Alva Hartman's ghost is said to roam the premises, tied to the shootout that ended his life in the late 1800s. Visitors report ghostly footsteps and shadowy figures, testifying to the spirits that inhabit this grim locale.
Today on the Grave Talks, a conversation with Dwight Snethen, founder of “My Haunted Fowler,” a social media site promoting the paranormal activity at the Historic Fowler Theater, the Old Benton County Jail and other haunted locations in and around Fowler Indiana. When a family moves into a new home, they quickly realize they aren’t alone. It starts with the sound of footsteps upstairs when no one else is home, the laughter of a child echoing through the empty halls. But when they check, there’s no one there. At first, they try to brush it off as the creaking of an old house, but soon the activity becomes impossible to ignore. The ghostly child doesn’t just want to play; it wants something more. This episode dives into the eerie and unsettling experiences of a family haunted by a child spirit that refuses to stay unseen. Doors slam, toys move on their own, and the presence grows stronger every day. Is it a playful spirit, or is there something darker lurking beneath the surface? And why does the child remain unseen, always just out of sight?…

Tony Brueski delves into the haunting history of Ford’s Theatre in Washington, D.C., where President Abraham Lincoln was assassinated. Visitors and staff claim that Lincoln’s presence still lingers, with many reporting sightings of his ghost in the box where he was shot, as well as unexplained footsteps echoing through the halls. The emotional weight of the tragedy seems to have left a lasting impression, making Ford’s Theatre one of the most historically significant—and haunted—locations in the U.S. Are these experiences the result of residual energy from that fateful night, or are they products of emotional projection? Tony explores how trauma, history, and belief intersect at Ford’s Theatre, inviting listeners to consider whether Lincoln’s final moments continue to replay not just in history books—but in the very walls of the theater itself.…

Nestled on the edge of a glacier-carved lake in upstate New York sits Elm Lodge—a family home since 1863, once a hotel, and forever known by locals as haunted. In this episode, a listener shares just the beginning of a legacy filled with spirits and history. One summer night, while stargazing from a canoe on the water, she and her best friend saw a light turn on in the empty house… and a large figure standing at the window. The figure vanished before their eyes, but her father knew exactly who it was—her great-grandmother, still watching over the family she once guarded from that very same window. This is a Grave Talks CLASSIC EPISODE! Not every bump in the night is a ghost—and that’s exactly what the Paranormal Investigators of Milwaukee (PIM) are determined to find out. Founded in 2007 by Noah Leigh, PIM uses a scientific approach to investigate claims of paranormal activity in private homes, businesses, and some of the most famously haunted locations across the country. With a focus on critical thinking, environmental monitoring, and evidence-based conclusions, PIM works to separate the explainable from the truly unexplainable. Their goal? To uncover the truth—whether it confirms the supernatural or points to something far more mundane. In this episode of The Grave Talks , we sit down with Noah Leigh and lead investigator Gravy to discuss their most compelling investigations, how their techniques challenge traditional ghost hunting, and what it's really like to confront the unknown with science as your guide. Can a haunting follow you, even after you leave the place it started? In this episode, we explore the terrifying story of someone who has been haunted not by a house, but by an entity that seems attached to them personally. What began as a childhood experience of seeing dark, watching eyes in the corners of their room has followed them into adulthood. Even after moving homes and cities, the presence remains. It’s always watching, always waiting, and now, it’s becoming more active. This haunting isn’t tied to a location—it’s tied to the storyteller, and no matter where they go, the eyes in the dark follow. This episode delves into the psychological torment of being pursued by something you can’t escape and the terrifying realization that no place is safe from the entity that’s latched onto you.…

From a young age, a listener from Bangladesh began seeing a man cloaked in traditional Islamic attire—bearded, calm, and saintly. But what seemed spiritual quickly took a terrifying turn. After losing two siblings to ALS, the visits became more intense. Scratches at the windows. Grunts in the night. Nightmares are worse than horror movies. And when his fiancée began seeing the same entity—without ever being told—it became clear: this was no ordinary haunting. With guidance from religious scholars and repeated warnings about a bloodline curse, he now believes an ancient demon is stalking him and his family. And it may never leave. A townhouse should feel like home, a place of comfort, but in this chilling episode, it becomes the site of an ongoing haunting. Music plays at odd hours—old, crackling tunes that seem to come from another time, even though there’s no source in sight. At first, the homeowner thinks it’s just a trick of the mind or a quirk of the old building, but soon, other strange occurrences begin to happen. Shadows flicker in the corners of their vision, furniture moves on its own, and the temperature in certain rooms drops to an unbearable chill. The most disturbing part? It all seems connected to the previous occupant, whose belongings still remain in the attic, untouched for years. The homeowner discovers that this isn’t just a case of a spirit attached to a place—it’s a haunting tied to the very objects left behind. But what happens when those memories come to life, and the music playing is the soundtrack to something much darker?…
