The Philadelphia real estate market has continuously increased in value since the 2008-2010 recession. While this is very exciting for developers/investors, it has both positive impacts and negative repercussions for our City and its residents. This Monday, we will be joined by Kevin C. Gillen, Ph.D., an economist from the Lindy Institute for Urban Innovation at Drexel University, to discuss housing trends in our region, our City and individual neighborhoods. Kevin will break down the data to help you assess your next housing project.
