The Osage Pine Project is a community of 36 homes on the 6200 blocks of Osage Avenue and Pine Street in West Philadelphia. The project consists of the redevelopment and revitalization of 36 row homes that were involved in the 1985 MOVE bombing in West Philadelphia. Our guest Rodney Ross, a partner behind Osage Pine, will discuss his experience with this unique development project and how it contributed to his growth as a developer. This JUMPinar will serve as our introduction to larger scale, more complex projects - and prepare us for our upcoming JUMPinar sessions focused on Commercial Real Estate (CRE)!
