Jacqueline Newman is the Managing Partner of Berkman Bottger Newman & Schein, LLP, one of the largest matrimonial law firms in New York. In her practice, she focuses on litigation, collaborative law, and mediation, specializing in complex high-net-worth marital cases and negotiating prenuptial agreements.

Jacqueline is the author of The New Rules of Divorce and has appeared as an expert commentator on television and radio shows.
