Today on the podcast I get to talk to Fraya Mortensen. Fraya, was born in the city of Hamilton, located in Ontario, Canada. Although Fraya was quite shy growing up, her passion for dance and theatre instilled her with the confidence she needed to accomplish many goals over the years such as being the first person in her family to achieve a university degree. She has aspired to be a guide and a leader to others since she was a young girl, and worked for 20 years as a probation and parole officer where she became expert in the nuances of empaths and narcissists. In Sept 2020 she resigned from her job with the Correctional Services to start her own coaching practice - as a mindset coach for empaths. Dylan is a mental health advocate, life coach, and public speaker standing up against the stigmas related to mental health while also leading by example through the hardships of life. Dylan's goal is to help people build the foundation for overcoming and developing a purpose driven perspective on life. He does this as a Life Coach, Mental Health Advocate, and public speaker offering one on one sessions and coming soon he will be offering virtual classes.
