Hey there so first off I had to even debate whether or not to post this episode because as you'll notice after the intro, Dr. Rachel's audio iS AMAZING and gets better throughout, but my voice sounds FAR OFF as we had some audio engineering challenges. Ultimately because her words of wisdom are SO POWERFUL and time is so valuable, I would ultimately feel awful if we never published this (we originally recorded an episode in 2018 that never made the airwaves). @_dr.rachel_ | https://www.drrachelhamel.com/

Dr. Rachel Hamel is a wholistic cranial physician based in Pacific Beach, CA (San Diego) who has studied optimizing human health for over 8 years. I originally met her when she first opened up her practice, and since then it has grown so much she has people who fly all the way from japan to meet with her.

Her journey began as she combatted Lime Disease and when modern western medicine was not healing her, she sought answers, ultimately finding those answers and defeating lime disease. If you see or talk to her now you would never believe she had such a significant battle to overcome as she BEAMS with health and wellness.
