Asaph was confused and struggling. He was a man of God, but he had been observing the "easy" lives of the rich, famous, powerful and unbelieving...and had concluded (falsely) that following God was foolish and futile...a waste of his time...BECAUSE he was trusting in what he SAW with his EYES! Bad choice, Asaph!
