There’s so much going on inside The Midlife Remix and you really want to be in on this!

Women in particular live under a lot of obligations. Today I’ll talk about “should” versus “must,” and what we can do to relieve the pressure of obligation. First, write down the top 3 things you must do this week. Read them aloud, then change “should” or “must” to “could.” Because really, everything is a choice.

I have a couple announcements too! I’m starting The Midlife Remix Book Club on October 7th, starting, appropriately, with “The Crossroads of Should and Must” by Elle Luna. I revisit this one frequently and I’m sure you’ll love it.

I’ll also be starting a “Fall In Love With Yourself” challenge soon - watch the Facebook page for that! You can also participate in the challenge without joining the facebook group through email. Join the newsletter, https://www.themidliferemix.life/
