is a female fighter with a long track record of success in fighting. Nicola's journey starts with twakonwdo and she has had the rare accomplishment of becoming world champion in an olympic sport..she won the world title in Canada, whilst having a broken foot and rib and without any of her family, coaches or fans, which is a testament to her mental strength.

Clips of her Luthwei fight highlights are midway through this podcast. Luthwei =(bareknuckle pure fighting where you can punch, kick, knee, elbow and headbutt) her goal being to get as far as possible in the sports she competes in.

She also discusses her experiences with narcolepsy and PTSD.

Nicola has now embarked on a journey in pro boxing with her pro boxing debut 18th September in Essex.
