In the last year, I’ve really noticed that mid-size and larger academies have a tendency to resist or reject group lesson programs.

Now, they might have a “rock band” program…

Or a preschool class…

Or “group makeup lessons”...

Or they might have a small keyboard class…

But they don’t really fully commit to a group lesson structure and convert 200 private students into a group program.

The reasons for this are many and I think the BIGGEST one I’ve noticed is just FEAR.

Unfortunately for them, they are missing out on a TON of benefits that they can get by committing to a group lesson structure as their core curriculum.

So, in this podcast episode, we brought Greg Genter on to talk about fully committing to group, the 3 hidden benefits of running a group in a large commercial academy, how to convert, and much much more.
