In my work with school owners, not a week goes by that I’m not doing “owner therapy” with at least one of my clients… and it’s almost always around a troublesome team member.

These situations are never pretty:

  • A team member that has gone rogue
  • Toxicity between team members or a team member and the owner
  • Teachers stealing students
  • Teachers or staff members not following company policies
  • Unreasonable requests or demands by team members

The “fixes” for these situations are usually difficult and time consuming.

Better to come up with a pre-emptive solution, so…
