In this episode, I discuss a study that explores the impact of an online goal-setting and planning training programme at enhancing employee well-being. In this episode I summarise the key findings which includes the finding that a brief, self-help, online course can have a positive impact on well-being both immediately after the programme and up to three months later. As always, I translate how you can utilise the findings from this study into practice. The study I am discussing in this episode is J. Oliver, J., & MacLeod, A. K. (2018). Working adults’ well‐being: An online self‐help goal‐based intervention. Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, 91, 665-680. You can access the original article here: https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1111/joop.12212 If you enjoy the show then don't forget to subscribe and please leave a rating. Also tell your friends - the best publicity is word of mouth.
