In this episode, I discuss a study that explores the positive and negative impact of email interruptions at work. In this episode I summarise the key findings which includes an understanding of how email interruptions can simultaneously have a positive and negative impact on individuals in the workplace and translate how you can utilise the findings from this study into practice.
