In this episode I summarise the key findings from the paper which include an exploration of the processes by which mindfulness can positively impact job performance, relationships and well-being and translate how you can utilise the findings from this study into practice. The study I am discussing in this episode is Good, D. J., Lyddy, C. J., Glomb, T. M., Bono, J. E., Brown, K. W., Duffy, M. K., ... & Lazar, S. W. (2016).
