This follow up episode from season one continues the conversation around anxiety. This time we invited headspace Youth Peer Support Workers into the studio to share a lived experience perspective. We also explore how COVID-19 has impacted young people’s anxiety levels and speak about some coping strategies to deal with this. Recorded live via various locations on Zoom.
