The current elect officials proposed a Section 1031 Exchange cap of $500,000 per person, which will definitely affect tax deferred changes if this passes. Greg Schowe with Asset Preservation Inc., takes us through some of the current considerations for an IRS Section 1031 Exchange and his feelings on what the future may hold. Many believe the outcome of this presidential election is critical to survival of what few tax incentives are left in this country.
