Chips.... NOPE Nachos.... NOPE Popcorn.... HELL NOPE When my cravings would come around when I was competing or trying to lose weight, the only thing that would stop the craving was some good old fashioned sugar. In those early days, even when I had a coach. I would beat myself up about it. I hear my clients echo my own words often from back then, "I cheated on the weekend", "I'm sorry but...", "I failed, I might as well give up" But guess what, because I know what it feels like, because I've gone through it, I know how hard they are being on themselves. I know that to improve, to get better, to succeed, they actually have to be more gentle with themselves. Gentleness with yourself while trying to improve is so important and thats what an outside perspective can bring you, as long as you are willing to listen. You wouldn't yell at anyone else trying to learn a new skill for the first time, so why are you so hard on yourself to be perfect. Some days will be struggle, but in the end it will be so worth it. Want to talk more about putting yourself into the proper perspective? Want to stop being your own worst enemy? Work with me, or grab one of my free downloads at https://www.reloveandrise.com
