Effective storytelling helps bring about positive change in teams, companies, and even the world. In this first episode, I share with you my background, how I started working with organizations as a business storytelling coach, and how this podcast will help you improve your storytelling skills. In a world where most employees experience Sunday scaries, storytelling is key in turning the situation around and making a workplace an exciting place to be every week.

In this episode, I’ll share:

  • Why I started this podcast series [03:57]
  • Why storytelling is a powerful tool in the corporate world [06:40]
  • How I started working as a business storytelling coach [07:21]
  • How this podcast series will help you to motivate, inspire and influence [09:06]
  • The forgotten element of business storytelling: taking action [11:08]
  • Why do people often become unmotivated in the workplace [11:59]
