There is a litany of information available today on how to make our bodies healthier through, exercise, movement, stretching, meditation all of which are certainly beneficial on many levels, but if you’re faced with a chronic health condition or autoimmunity, that can be challenging. Today we’re going to talk about working through that perceived barrier through nutrition.

If you have a chronic health condition or autoimmunity and don’t know what to eat, you can be faced with a lot of noise out there in the food and diet world. You hear it every day: eat Paleo, Autoimmune Paleo, Keto. Eat more fats. Eat more carbohydrates. Stop eating carbohydrates. Don’t ingest oils. Go vegan. Eat only raw foods and juices. Do a “cleanse” (usually juice, sometimes broth).
