Yannick Benjamin, a resilient figure in the world of wine and hospitality, has cultivated a distinguished career with roles at renowned establishments such as Le Cirque, Oceana, Ritz Carlton Central Park, and as the Director of Wine at The University Club. As the co-founder of Contento Restaurant and the visionary behind Beaupierre Wines & Spirits, he was honored with the Michelin Guide New York 2023 Sommelier Award. Leading Beaupierre with a focus on family, inclusivity, and sustainability, Yannick’s journey, featured in major publications, reached its pinnacle with his recognition as Sommelier/Wine Director of The Year at the 2021 Wine Enthusiast Wine Star Awards. Co-founding Wine on Wheels, an organization uniting wine enthusiasts and sommeliers for charitable endeavors, adds a philanthropic dimension to his illustrious career. His recent Michelin Guide win further solidifies his standing in the world of wine and hospitality.
